What is Concrete Lifting?

Concrete lifting & leveling also referred to as slab jacking is accomplished by drilling a series of holes in the concrete; injecting a grout into these holes using hydrostatic pressure with a specialized grout pump at the right balance of psi to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete back to its original position.

Our front walk way had sunk quite a bit and needed to be lifted. Their estimate came in lower than other companies who came and bid on it. They were quick to come bid and quick to do the repair, the results were amazing! They raised up two sections of our walkway without any problems at all and left everything neat and clean. Greg did some lifting at my home years ago and saved us a ton by not having to replace the back patio. It had settled and was sending water towards the house instead of away. It’s held up wonderfully. We had his crew come back out last week to work on another area that had settled and was a massive tripping hazard. Elrey and Fabian were awesome. They even let my kids come out and ask them questions. They were friendly and did a fantastic job.

Project was completed with excellence. The two gentlemen worked well together bringing about a perfect result in lifting the cement pad that supports two AC units. After the project was complete they cleaned up and let me review the success of their work while providing recommendations for improving the lawn which had also sunk to a low level.

Caleb and Ken came yesterday to help with my sinking and sliding front steps and walkway. They carefully worked their magic and re-leveled four separate small sections that had tilted different ways! It now looks like it did when the house was built 8 years ago. They were very efficient despite telling me they were short one person on the crew! Kaleb and the Dodge team did a great job for me today. Raised my cement in three places. I watched them the whole time and could tell that they knew what they were doing. They did it all in about an hour and then cleaned up after themselves. They have a two year warranty. I would highly recommend them.

We had Lift-Up come out to level the concrete on our patio around the outdoor barbeque area, and they did a fantastic job. The uneven surface had become a tripping hazard, and we wanted it fixed properly. From the start, the team treated us with kindness and fairness—the quote process was smooth, and the price was very reasonable. The employees were quick, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and safe. The ‘after’ pictures were taken before we used the power washer.
